Mr. Obaseki Steve Imoukhuede is a seasoned professional in refining, trading, distribution, marketing and sales of petroleum products. He brings to the Board over 41 years’ experience in the downstream sector of the petroleum industry

He was one of the pioneer staff and the Head of Production, Programming, and Control Department at Warri Refining and Petrochemical Company (WRPC), of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). He was later Commercial Manager and Acting Managing Director of Pipeline and Products Marketing Company (PPMC), retiring in 1997 having served meritoriously for a total of 21 years in NNPC. He was Managing Director of Alba Petroleum Products and Market Company, which had a trading relationship with CEPSA (a Spanish Petroleum Refining and Trading Company) from 2001 to 2010. He is a consultant to Ascon Oil Company Limited, Lagos. He was a member of the Presidential Steering Committee on LPG revival from 2004 to 2007.

Mr. O Steve Imoukhuede holds an M.Sc, in Petrochemicals and Hydrocarbon Chemistry from the University of Manchester, England in 1973 and a B.Sc. 2nd Class Upper Division in Special Hon. Chemistry from the University of Lagos in 1971. He is married with children.
