Corporate Governance

At One Terminals Limited, we are committed to achieving and sustaining the best practices in corporate governance and business conduct. We are guided by the relevant Code(s) of Corporate Governance in Nigeria as well as global best practices particularly in the oil and gas sector.

We distilled all these principles to create our governance structure comprising the Board as an organ of oversight and value creation guided by the Board & Committee Charters and Company Policies & Procedures. Thus, this Corporate Governance Statement provides an overview of the corporate governance principles and practices within OTL.

We have a well-established internal control system for identifying, managing and monitoring risks. The Risk and Audit functions have reporting responsibilities to the Board of Directors (through the Board Finance and General-Purpose Committee) with appropriately trained personnel who undergo training on current business practices.
