Joseph holds a B.Eng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Benin, an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and a Post Graduate Degree in Health, Safety and Environment from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.

With 22 years hands-on experience in downstream oil and gas storage and distribution. Previous managerial roles in various fields including Health, Safety and Environment, Petroleum products storage, Aviation fuel storage, Liquified petroleum gas storage.

Competence in Oil and gas storage facility management, Oil storage facility project management, Oil storage equipment procurement, installation and maintenance.
