Florence is a Lawyer  from the University of Ilorin  and  called to the Nigeria Bar .She is a trained Corporate Governance Professional with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration of Nigeria (ICSAN) .

Her work experience garnered from various oil & gas companies involved in drilling, shipping and logistics. Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC), Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM), Power & Energy  sectors and currently stated  working with One Terminals Limited, a storage, marketing and logistics company in the Downstream Sector.

She has over 15 years experience in Company Secretarial Services., Shareholder and Stakeholder management, Corporate Governance, Legal Advisory and Administrative Management., Legal drafting ,Corporate restructuring, contract Management and Regulatory Compliance Management.
