With over 26 years Finance and Accounting experience, Kayode started his Finance and accounting career with Coopers & Lybrand in 1995 (Now PriceWaterhouseCoopers). He has 18 years of managerial experience in various sectors of the economy ranging from Banking, Transport/Logistics, Travels/Tourism, Audit, Management Consultancy, Power/Energy, and Downstream Oil/Gas. A seasoned Finance professional with versatile knowledge centered around Risk Management, Financial Planning and Strategy formulation.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemical Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, an MBA holder from Michael Adekunle Ajasin University. Kayode has been a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria since year 2002.

Prior to his engagement with One Terminals Ltd, he was the CFO with Jos Electricity Distribution Plc (JED Plc). He also brings on board significant and extensive downstream oil and gas operations experience having worked as Group Financial Controller for Sahara Group Ltd and its related entities for 6 years. His extensive knowledge in the Courier, transport and Logistics will also play a vital role having worked in various Senior Management positions with DHL International Ltd for 7 years and CFO with Wakanow Ltd, a leading hospitality company in Nigeria

He is particularly focused on Strategy, planning and implementation as well as Change management. His vision is to grow One Terminals’ shareholders wealth and make it a household name wherever and whenever Energy is consumed in Nigeria and beyond the shores of Nigeria.
